It’s coming. It’s right around the corner. Some are starting this month! It’s the beginning of pride season!
We are pumped for pride this year and, as always, Florida is the place to be for pride. Here we give you a break down of all the pride fests by month all over the state.

Mr. and Miss Tampa Pride
Held at Southern Nights in Tampa, this is a fun pageant to kick off pride season with a bang. This year’s theme is “Passionate in Purple” and contestants will be judged in three categories: evening/formal wear, an interview Q&A session, and talent.
Registration to compete opens at 4:00 PM and the doors open at 8:00 PM for the audience. You can get your tickets here.
Deland Pride Love is Love
February 20th, 2021
Celebrate love in Deland! This is a great street party that runs behind the Abbey Bar from 4 PM – 8 PM but the party goes all night.
February 13th, 2022
This incredible festival is when the rainbow takes over all of Little Havana in Miami. Gay8 (Gay Ocho) Festival is a Hispanic/Latino/Latinx hosted LGBTQ art, music, dance, food and cultural street festival in Miami.
This is an event to behold stretching out for blocks around its epicenter at the famed Calle Ocho, which they turn into a full walkway to celebrate the festivities.
Pride Cape Coral
Attend Cape Coral’s 3rd annual pride and prepare to have a blast with a parade, tutu drag race, carnival games, food trucks, and more all in beautiful South Cape.
This two-day event starts on Saturday with a free street festival and then a drag brunch on Sunday where tickets can be purchased.
Mr. and Miss Pride South Florida
This pageant showcases female impersonators and male entertainers and has a theme of “Show Your Pride” this year. The contestants will be judged on creativity, swimsuit, talent, evening wear, and Q&A.
This event will be held at the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center.
The Official Big Boy Pride Orlando
April 15th – 19th, 2021
This is the HUGE 10th-anniversary extravaganza event for the Big Boy Community in Orlando. It’s for every one of the big boys out there and everyone who loves and supports them. The weekend will be a mix of cocktail parties, music, and more.
Tallahassee PRIDEFEST is an annual celebration designed to promote peace and understanding among diverse cultures, races, creeds, genders and sexual identities.
PRIDEFEST attracts hundreds of people to the Tallahassee area each year and is attracting even greater numbers to its events this year. Proceeds from the events benefit The Family Tree Community Center.
Pride Music and Art Festival Ybor City

Let the Tampa Bay Pride Band entertain you at the Pride Music and Art Festival! This combined concert and art fest is a celebration of the visual and musical arts alive and well in the Tampa Bay Area.
The event takes place at the HCC Ybor City Performing Arts Building and tickets are only $15.

Held in beautiful Ybor City, Tampa Pride is a huge celebration of how far the LGBTQ+ community has come and a place to express what there still is to accomplish.
The parade starts at 4:00 PM at the corner of Nuccio Parkway and 7th Avenue.

This is a wonderful family-friendly celebration for everyone to embrace all people and all the love for the little town of Gulfport.
Come celebrate all that makes Gulfport a wonderful place to live from 12 PM – 6 PM along Shore Blvd starting at the casino.
May 27th – 30th, 2021
The biggest girl party in Pensacola Beach of over 200,000 LGBTQ+ partygoers from around the nation.
Sexacola has taken over Memorial Day weekend at Capt’n Fun Beach Club where the best DJ’s spin all night, the drinks are endless, and the dance floor is packed.
South Florida Pridechella Music & Arts Festival
May 27th – 31st, 2021
South Florida’s exclusive fun-filled fundraising event to benefit South Florida Afro Pride Federation Inc.
Five days filled with a variety of events to enjoy.
May 28th – 30th, 2021
UnLeashed is the longest-running Girl Party on Pensacola Beach Memorial Weekend.
Join in on the nightly dance party, live music, Burlesque performances + more.
Gay Days Orlando
May 31 – June 6th, 2022

St. Pete Pride
Typically the largest pride event in the state, St. Pete Pride is an event to remember. Most years the organization hosts a free concert, massive parade, and huge street festival.
This year, the celebration is all month. Throughout the month of June, St Pete Pride will host 4 themed weeks that celebrate the LGBTQ+ community while showcasing the best of St. Pete. In addition, there are several smaller events taking place throughout the region.

Project PRIDE SRQ celebrates throughout the month of June in Sarasota. This year all events are safe, quality events that are open to everyone.
Strut around the bay with your favorite Pooch, roll down Main Street in style for the Car Pride Parade, or enjoy your favorite foods for the Taste of Pride.

Palm Beach Pride
June 5th 2021
Due to the ongoing health concerns related to COVID-19, Palm Beach Pride has modified their Annual Palm Beach Pride event from a two day gated festival to a one day, Palm Beach Pride Market. There will be no parade.
The Compass Pride Parade is the oldest running pride parade in Florida celebrating the LGBTQ+ community for 25 years.

Venice Pride “Ride for Pride” Parade
June 7th, 2021
Traditional Venice Pride will be postponed until next year. However, a celebration is still in the works to allow social distancing.
With the “We Are Here” message, Venice Pride has two purposes this year in the midst of this pandemic:
- Continue the vision to make our community visible, to be out and proud together, and to remind the wider community that we are here working for justice for everyone in our city and region.
- Raise funds for scholarships for those graduating from High School who are LGBTQ or allies who are recommended by their school. These scholarships will be for pursuing higher education and training. The schools are excited that we will be able to help deserving students in this way, as they make their way into adulthood.
One Magical Weekend at Walt Disney World
June 2nd – 6th, 2022
What better way to celebrate pride than at the happiest place on earth? The festivities kick off on Thursday and continue non-stop through the whole weekend.
Come have some fun with Mickey and the gang and celebrate your pride Disney style.
June 12-13th, 2021
Pride Ft. Lauderdale’s FLoatarama will feature a flotilla with over 40 pride decorated boats ranging from 10-65 feet.
The route starts downtown on the New River in Fort Lauderdale then ending in Sunrise Bay.

Stonewall Pride Parade & Street Festival

Stonewall Pride celebrates the historic Stonewall Riots and the start of the LGBT+ human rights movement

Wynwood Pride returns for its annual Pride Festival weekend with an expansive neighborhood-wide plan that puts a spotlight on local Wynwood businesses
Grand Central Pride
June 25th – 27th, 2021
In addition to the variety of Pride festivities scheduled throughout the city in June, the Grand Central District will be host to a series of neighborhood Pride events to enhance this year’s celebration.
With a block party, live performances, drag shows, music, vendor markets, just to name a few, Grand Central, the birthplace of Pride, will once again be a must visit destination this Pride season.
Plan to stop by as our small businesses and neighborhoods join forces to entertain and welcome all.
This free event is family-friendly and held at the Kissimmee civic center in downtown. Celebrate with music and food vendors and make new friends along the way.
7th Annual Manatee Pride Festival
The Manatee Pride Festival is an all-day family-friendly event. There will be food, fun, music, and community as over 50 vendors descend upon Bradenton.
Manatee Pride is a fundraiser for Prism Youth Initiative, Manatee County’s only program that provides services to LGBT and questioning youth.
Key West Womenfest
September 1st – 5th, 2021
Join thousands of lesbians, transwomen, and allies to what is arguably the premier LGBTQ+ vacation destination in the country, Key West.
Womenfest has a simple goal: to celebrate ALL women!
Miami Beach Gay Pride Festival
September 10th – 19th, 2021
This week-long epic event is not to be missed. This year’s theme is “Out of This World” and the whole week will be filled with events and festivities.
The whole thing culminates in an epic two-day festival and parade. This pride event started in 2009 with only 15,000 in attendance and grew to over 140,000 last year.
Space Coast Pride
The events kick off with a Rainbow Run 5K and continue through the weekend to conclude with the parade on Saturday.
Over ten years strong this pride should be the best one yet.

Celebrate all week long with Polk Pride in Lakeland, FL. There will be events for all ages!

Historic Hialeah Pride

The Come OUT St Pete series of events in St. Petersburg and Gulfport in mid-October will celebrate “coming out of the closet and into the world” for the area’s burgeoning LGBTQ community.

The end of the pride festivities caps off with one of the most epic LGBTQ+ events in the country. Both famous and infamous Fantasy Fest is not to be missed.
This year’s theme is “The Roaring 2020s” and the event offers a full 10 days of costuming, parades, libations, and exuberance throughout the island of Key West. Not safe for kiddos this adult event is the one not to miss.
Fernandina Beach Pride

Each year, Fernandina Beach Pride celebrates love, acceptance and equality with a fun parade, festival, vendors, kid’s zone, food trucks and music for the Nassau County communities.
Sarasota Pride in the Park
October 23rd, 2021
Join Sarasota Pride annually for their Pride Festival at JD Hamel Park. There will be great food, drinks, and lots of entertainment for all ages!
November 20, 2021
Naples Pride is an all-day family-friendly event being held from 11 AM – 5 PM at Cambier Park.

Greater Fort Lauderdale Pride
November 20-21, 2021
A whole weekend of fun at Fort Lauderdale Beach Park. The event runs from the 20th through the 23rd with different vendors throughout the weekend.
