Being mindful of ourselves and others will help jump start the vital process of living a mentally healthier life!Come for an hour, and leave with a better understanding of the differences surrounding all of us.
Mind, Body & Brunch was created to expose our community to learning a new skill set relevant to challenges we may face. It can range from Meditation to help handle stress and anxiety; Learning how to change a tire or a car battery; or how to live a healthier lifestyle through getting the proper nutrition, exercise and so much more!
After the learning portion, we will meet at a Top Brunch Spot at a specific location and utilize this time to engage and network with our community!
