The vision of the TBDCC is to empower LGBT and equality-minded professionals within our business community.  The Tampa Bay Diversity Chamber of Commerce (formerly the Tampa Bay Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and the Tampa Bay Business Guild) began over 30 years ago to provide an environment for business owners and local organizations to build an alternative community based on shared goals, friendship, and trust.
