The Ayurveda Health Retreat (AHR) was established in 2001 by Richard A. Masla, Ayurvedic Practitioner, with a mission to share the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga in the spirit of healing, love, transformation, and service.
We are here to facilitate your journey to health and happiness through the teachings of Ayurveda and Yoga. We are open year-round, 7 days a week, and you may begin your stay with us whenever it is most convenient for you. Please call (352) 870-7645 to schedule your personalized retreat.
We specialize in traditional Panchakarma treatments as well as other massage modalities, and offer additional services such as Ayurvedic health consultations, Reiki and energy healing, Western and Vedic astrology, and more! Please see our full list of services.
All guests enjoy a private room and are treated to three delicious Ayurvedic vegetarian meals and Yoga classes daily. We also offer a complimentary Ayurvedic cooking class each Saturday evening. We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions, just let us know when you book.
