5 Ways to Get Your Quarantine Body Beach Ready Now

We have all become incredibly familiar with Netflix binging, food delivery, and eating all the junk during quarantine. And while most of us thought things would come to an end, we now realize that this social isolation might last for a while. So, stop hiding in your house binging on bon bons! It’s time to get your act together and get your body beach ready…STAT. After all, the beach is one of the few places that can be enjoyed safely.

Here are our top tips to get your quarantine body under control and beach ready in no time:

1. Ditch the Ding Dongs for Bloat Busting Fruits and Veggies

Junk food and sweets may be comforting at the moment but they definitely add inches to your waistline. Ditch the sugar and treats for more fruit and veggies.

Not only will this help you feel better, be more mentally clear, and feel more refreshed but they also aid in dehydration and eliminating bloat. All this leads to you looking great and feeling far sexier in that swimsuit or Speedo.

Some of the best foods to incorporate for belly bloat-busting are cucumbers, watermelon, and other members of the cucurbit family and healthy sources of omega-3s like fish. Up your water intake as well. You should be drinking about half your body weight in ounces of water per day.

2. Find a Flattering Piece of Swimwear

Find a swimsuit that makes you feel great in your body. One that makes you feel hot and flatters your figure.

4. Get Those Crunches In…Not the Crunch Berries
